What does a MTM audit include?
The MTM standard requires a check at planned intervals whether MTM analyses have been properly and effectively implemented. And whether these have actually been activated in practice. An audit is the testing tool and enables organizations to continuously improve themselves. The internal processes are examined and evaluated. By means of an MTM audit, adjustments can be made on the basis of the evaluation and possible improvement measures can be taken. Although the MTM-audit is not a mandatory part for companies, it can deliver a lot for the Productivity Management System the organisation works with!
